Our approach
You’ve always relied on your brain. It’s what got you through impossible deadlines, high-stakes decisions, and moments where most people fold. You’ve made a career out of thinking clearly under pressure. But lately, something has shifted. You pause mid-sentence. Your memory isn’t as sharp. You’re drained by 3 p.m. and pushing through on fumes. You wonder if this is just what getting older feels like.
It’s not. And it’s not just in your head.
I’m Dr. Jungjin Kim, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist. My work sits at the intersection of psychiatry, neuroscience, and metabolic health and draws inspiration from thinkers like Aristotle, who saw the good life as one of reason and right action, and the Stoics, who trained their minds to remain sharp and steady in a chaotic world. I built this practice for high-functioning professionals who are noticing early signs of decline. What I’ve seen again and again is that cognition doesn’t fall apart in a vacuum. It’s shaped by blood sugar, sleep, inflammation, stress load, addiction, and body composition. Mental performance and physical resilience are part of the same ecosystem. Most psychiatrists focus overly on neurotransmitters. Most wellness clinics ignore neuroscience.
We address both seamlessly.
This is not boutique fluff or vague optimization. We use evidence-based tools, such as GLP-1s, targeted supplements, cognitive and wellness coaching, and personalized psychiatric care to stabilize your physiology and sharpen your thinking. This is for people who don’t want to accept decline as the cost of success.
If you’ve noticed yourself slipping and you’re ready to make a change that actually works, we should talk.
